{Celebrate} Homemade For The Holidays | Toddler Thumbtack Ornaments

or these thumbtack trees around blogland.

As an experiment, I wanted to see if Jane was old enough to make a thumbtack ornament or if she would have too much trouble – or poke herself excessively – and I’m so glad I did.  She absolutely LOVED it.  She even took the thumbtacks off of my ornaments so she could keep filling up hers and making more of her own.

Sometimes I forget to stop coddling my babies or underestimating them!
