CRAVE IT. COVET. LOVE IT. This Week: Crave Local Artisanal Jams

April 7, 2012 in All Posts, CRAVE IT. COVET. LOVE IT.

This week I’ve been craving small batch artisanal jams and marmalades like the “garagiste” confitures created by Bay Area local (and Thai native!) Pim Techamuanvivit:

Pim uses sustainably grown fruit from local farms and cooks up each seasonal batch in French copper jam pots.  I’m dying to try the Blackberry Mirabelle JamRangpur Lime Marmalade, and Joe’s Strawberries in Hibiscus & Vanilla Syrup!
