This activity is such a great way to get your little ones involved in holiday baking and is a total time saver for you, too. But. Whatever you do. Don’t waste it on a Peppermint Oreo Cheesecake like my beautiful baking fail here:Holiday Baking With Kids

Looked neat. Tasted like mouthwash.  Word to the wise:  a teaspoon of peppermint extract goes a loooong way.  Please use discretion when wielding your bottle of peppermint extract. And whatever you do – don’t serve it to guests before trying a slice yourself.  (Unless you’re fine with massive embarrassment).

Happy Baking!
