What do you do with three very ripe bananas soon to turn to mush, a baking crazed toddler and her Weetabix fanatic mom? Weetabix Banana Muffins!
We found this great recipe from Toddler Tastes and had so much fun with it! The complete recipe for these healthy, toddler-friendly muffins can be found here. We left out the chocolate chips and they still tasted great without the extra sugar.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 Weetabix biscuits
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp margarine (we used butter)
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
