CRAVE IT. COVET. LOVE IT. This Week: Crave Artisanal Bean-to-Bar Chocolate

This week, I’m craving single origin, blended, and flavored artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate, like the to-die-for varieties we tasted at the recent Women’s Intellectual Property Lawyer’s Association networking event at Palo Alto’s The Chocolate Garage.

The Habanero from Patric Chocolate was sinfully hot, sweet, and salty:Patric-Chocolate-Garage

If you haven’t visited The Chocolate Garage, they have tasting hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays featuring owner Sunita De Tourreil’s carefully curated selection of “Happy Chocolate.” And you can buy a bar (or two) of your favorite bean-to-bar chocolate there as well.

Another favorite: twenty-four blackbirds chocolate, a Santa Barbara chocolatier. They made great favors for our The Morning Assembly kick-off event:twenty-four-blackbirds-chocolate

We found this Santa Barbara-made bean-to-bar chocolate at our neighborhood candy store, The Sweet Shop, in Los Altos, and were amazed by the quality and taste. You can find where to buy it here.
