{Craft} Yarn Wrapped Letters Nursery Gift

Need inspiration for a different take on the DIY monogram or a homemade nursery gift for a newborn? How about these Yarn Wrapped Letters:diy monogram

To give you an idea of how long it takes me to get around to doing any of the projects on my Crafty Bucket List, I was inspired by this, made by co-guest Megan of Megan Brooke Handmade in Erin‘s Valentine’s Day series at Nest For Less, almost four months ago!

Initially, I had planned to make a second version of this Baby Girl Yarn Wreath when Iris was born eight months ago, but somehow never managed to. Since I had yarn saved up for that project, it was easy to come up with these cute Yarn Wrapped Letters instead.diy monogram

I love how they turned out, even though I didn’t have enough time to get them perfect around all the edges . . .  but that would have probably taken me another four months!

*Note: these are just as hand-cramp-inducing as the wreath was!

Happy Crafting!
